Felos, Woodrogue of the Darkweald

Felos is a tall, black-furred pantheran with an athletic build. They have medium length black hair with dark green highlights which covers one of their eyes, which are a vibrant indigo hue, and one of their legs was lost after they were snared by a bear trap while running away from their nemesis, Ashen Cinderclaw. It's since been replaced with a druidic construct, magically animated wood in the shape of a leg and paw, which is bound in thorny vines and glows a dim green between the cracks of the bark.

A long time ago, Felos was known as Feloria, a bright, tan and pink pantheran with a talent for growing magical flowers, but after the Great Wilting and the Weald became the Darkweald, the magics of the ecological cataclysm seeped into her, and she grew to recognize her true self - Felos, he who would tame the darkness by growing close to it, by knowing it, and himself, intimately.

Now, Felos wields dark druidry - life magic is, after all, the opposite face on the coin of nature to death. Their livingwood prosthetic, and the runes inscribed upon their chain-bound woodcutting axe, allow them to cast magicks both fair and foul, and through both abundance and decay Felos ferries others along the coin's edge - between life and death, light, and dark. To live this duality, Felos has embraced his own duality. His past is gone, but not forgotten.

Be wary, traveler - if darkness has a seat in your soul, you may just meet the edge of...

What do they think of gnomes? Any type, but I'm most curious about Earth Gnomes......

of course. after all, living in the darkweald only makes the contrasts of nature more evident. it contains multitudes - brooding thorns and thistles, and verdant flowerbeds over open fields. as a dark druid, both hold value to Felos

gnomes have always made for powerful druids, and stalwart allies. Felos doesn't see many these days - the Great Wilting drove most of them out of the weald. but to be a dark druid isn't to be opposed to other cultures of nature, but to instead contrast and complement them

earth gnomes are cool by felos's book, for where do plants sprout from, if not the roots in the earth?
