I've been managing the heavy APM burst phase on my Wolfen Rogue's rotation by getting two footpedals under my desk - one of them is for Brawler Stance and the other is for my transformation racial ability. This is the only control scheme I've found that consistently lets me quadruple-weave.

What other setups are people using for high-end optimization?
